CAPITAL COMMUNITY MEDIA STUDIO ETIQUETTE
1 - Please supply your own crew. We require at least one person to be your technical director, we will provide the training. CC:Media personnel are here to assist in the production of your show and are not available to run the switcher, audio, lights etc.
2 - Please arrive on time for your studio booking, but not earlier than 15 minutes before your schedule time.
3 - Be sure to sign your contract prior to proceeding to the studio.
4 - Please supply your own hard drive or SD card for recording and editing purposes.
5 - Please contact the studio coordinator at least 24 hours before your schedule booking if your session requires early access to the studios, special assistance and/or specialized equipment. Remember that CC:Media is closed to the public Sunday and Monday, so communicate any Tuesday special needs the week before.
6 - Please clean up after yourself, put studios back the way you found them, place trash in the proper receptacles and dishes you have used in the dishwasher.
7 - Please, no button mashing on the equipment! The equipment is expensive and so are repairs. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, a CC:Media staff member will be happy to assist you.
